Product Details

The Tea Trolley was inspired by British tea culture, which Aino and Alvar Aalto experienced during their numerous travels, as well as by Japanese woodcraft and architecture that they admired. Featuring a structure made of two birch slat loops, the Tea Trolley 901 has two shelves and a solid birch handle. The twin wheels, combined with the lightweight quality of birch, allow the trolley to be easily maneuvered and positioned as desired. Over the years, numerous variations of the Tea Trolley have been produced. The price refers to the version with shelves in white Iki HPL or in black/carbon/turf linoleum. The ‘900’ version of the Tea Trolley, with only an upper shelf and a rattan basket, is also available.
