Ugo La Pietra
Architect, designer, artist, theorist, and researcher, Ugo La Pietra was born in Bussi sul Tirino in 1938 and has developed a highly experimental practice since the 1960s, positioning himself critically in relation to traditional industrial design and consumerist models. At the core of his research is the relationship between the individual, the environment, and society. La Pietra investigates urban space, living, behaviors, and territorial transformations, often challenging the functional and formal rules of design.
