Armchair designed by Mario Bellini for Cassina, 1973.

With Tentazioni, Mario Bellini gives the upholstered armchair a soft, generous and deliberately informal character. An internal metal frame supports a broad, comfortable seat, while the blue fabric cover is fully removable and fastens with Velcro. Black plastic feet with castors make the chair easy to move, reinforcing its relaxed approach to domestic comfort. Simple in construction yet carefully proportioned, the armchair brings together softness, practicality and understated elegance. Now out of production, this example is a unique piece.
