Setsu & Shinobu Ito are Japanese designers whose practice spans product, industrial, graphic, interior and architectural design. They opened their studio in 1997, developing projects for international clients across different fields. Setsu Ito studied at the University of Tsukuba and worked with Alessandro Mendini and Angelo Mangiarotti, while Shinobu Ito studied at Tama Art University and Domus Academy in Milan. Their work has received numerous awards, including the Compasso d’Oro, and is represented in museum collections such as Die Neue Sammlung in Munich and the Triennale Design Museum in Milan.
